Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The recruiter will employ various recruiting strategies and conduct background checks to ensure the right fit for the organization. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and maintaining recruitment records.

Qualifications

• Experience in candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with department managers and maintain recruitment records
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the finance or technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
