Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in semiconductor, engineering services, or CAE/CAD simulation domains. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical recruitment background, deep understanding of niche engineering skill sets, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to fulfill business needs in India.

Key Responsibilities

oManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the engineering simulation, CAD/CAE, and semiconductor domains.oPartner with business leaders and technical heads to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce plans.oSource and engage talent through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.oScreen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.oCoordinate and manage interview scheduling, assessments, and feedback processes.oMaintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates through recruitment trackers.oDrive campus hiring and early talent initiatives for Graduate Engineer Trainee programs.oCollaborate with HR team on onboarding and employer branding initiatives.oSupport employee engagement activities and onboarding programs.oCoordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and HR documentation.oAddress employee grievances and ensure timely, fair resolutions.oAssist in HR operations, compliance, and general office administration.

Requirements
