Job Description :-
1. End to End Frontline Recruitment.
2. Sourcing & screening candidates (job portals, networking, referrals)
3. Conducting interviews & filtering candidates.
5. Write and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, career websites, and Job Portals.
6. Evaluate and screen resumes.
7. Use recruiting tools for assessments and assignments to assess candidate's skills.
8. Conduct interviews over phone, Teams, SmartMeet and/or in-person interviews.
9. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates and to final assessor.
10. Onboarding selected candidates in WorkDay Portal.
10. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
