The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. · Bulk Hiring is must in blue collar Industry · Must have good connect in social media platforms & Market mapping. · Post job advertisements on various job portals, social media platforms, and internal systems. · Source candidates through all Job board, LinkedIn, Apna and employee referrals. · Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams. · Manufacturing hiring is must. · Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. · Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment reports. · Conduct reference checks and background verification as required. · Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication. · Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. · Support onboarding and induction processes when required.
