Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 10+ years of expertise in the fabrication/manufacturing industry to oversee and manage all human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, labor compliance, employee relations, training, and safety regulations , ensuring smooth HR operations in a dynamic industrial environment.

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor/Masterdegree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of HR experience , preferably in fabrication, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, contract labor regulations, and statutory compliance .
Proficiency in payroll management, HRMS software, and MS Office .
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Experience in handling large blue- collar and white- collar workforce .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Plan and execute recruitment strategies for skilled/unskilled workers, supervisors, and managerial staff.
Manage contract labor hiring, liaising with recruitment agencies and vendors.
Ensure proper workforce allocation across various fabrication projects.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle employee grievances, industrial disputes, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws.
Maintain harmonious labor relations, ensuring compliance with Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements .
Establish policies for disciplinary actions, attendance, and code of conduct.
3. Performance Management & Training
Implement and oversee KPI- driven performance appraisal systems .
Identify skill gaps and arrange training programs for welding, machining, safety, and leadership development.
Conduct periodic skill- upgradation training in coordination with the production team.
4. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in wages, overtime, bonuses, and statutory deductions .
Manage benefits administration, including ESIC, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, and insurance .
Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.
5. Safety, Health & Compliance
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations .
Implement safety training, risk assessments, and emergency response drills.
Coordinate with safety officers to enforce PPE policies and minimize workplace hazards.
6. HR Policies, Documentation & Audits
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in alignment with labor laws and industry standards.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Prepare HR- related reports for management and external audits.
