In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers as a Recruitment Consultant to understand staffing needs and execute an end- to- end recruitment process. Utilize your skills as a Hiring Specialist to attract top- tier candidates through innovative sourcing techniques. As a Staffing Coordinator and HR Coordinator, youll ensure a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, playing a key role as a Talent Sourcer.
Flex your creative muscles with innovative sourcing techniques to pinpoint and attract top- tier candidates for various roles.
As a Recruitment Executive, manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
Participate in career fairs and networking events, enhancing our talent pool as a Talent Partner.
Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience as an HR Specialist.
Conduct screening and interviews, assessing the suitability of potential candidates as a Recruitment Analyst.
Fulfill the role of a Sourcing Coordinator to streamline our recruitment efforts.

Requirements

If youve got a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and proven experience will be an added advantage
Must have One year of experience in recruitment bulk hiring !
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent organizational and time- management abilities, will make you a perfect fit.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software is definitely a plus!
