Description:

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish, including posting jobs ads, developing a sourcing strategy, conducting the initial screenings, scheduling interviews and administer the offer and pre-employment process.

Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
Develop sourcing strategies through local/regional job dashboards, social media outlets, educational institutions, and community outreach programs
Screen resumes against minimum job criteria
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule calls and interviews
Manage calendar for all hiring teams
Administer candidate dispositioning throughout the recruiting process
Create and send out job offers
Conduct pre-employment administration
Assist with new hire onboarding process

Requirements:

0-3 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in a high-volume staffing environment with multi-site scope of responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred or equivalent experience
Full recruitment lifecycle experience
Proficient skills in MS Office, and other computer-based programs or software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly
Problem-solving aptitude
Critical-thinking skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
