Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a keen eye for talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS or internal systems).
• Manage offer process, negotiate salary/benefits, and close candidates effectively.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Assist in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and hiring events when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (agency or corporate).
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (social recruiting, Boolean search, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
