HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team, with a primary focus on recruiting sales professionals. The role involves end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of sales candidates to ensure the right talent is hired to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle for sales profiles (field sales, inside sales, business development, channel sales, etc.).
• Understand sales job descriptions and business requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus hiring.
• Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions with qualified candidates.
• Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements to attract suitable sales candidates.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and employer branding during the recruitment process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of sales hiring and sales profile requirements.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia etc.) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales hiring / mass recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance will be an added advantage.
