Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned
HR Executive
with 6-9 years of experience in BPO recruitment
to manage end-to-end hiring for in-house roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, particularly for voice and non-voice BPO positions. This is an on-site role based at our Malakpet, Hyderabad office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO roles (voice/non-voice, domestic/international).
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage walk-ins, campus hiring, and job drives when needed.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with internal HR teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Track hiring metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree any field.
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience in BPO recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of BPO industry trends and talent market in Hyderabad.
- Proven ability to handle volume hiring and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in in-house recruitment teams.
- Prior exposure to recruitment for voice and non-voice processes.
- Familiarity with local hiring sources in Hyderabad.
