HR - People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist

(100% Remote - India)

Job Type: Full Time or Flexible (depending on fit and workload)

Experience: 3+ Years


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead recruitment for technical and creative roles — including front-end and back-end developers, QA testers, designers, and more.
  • Manage the full hiring process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Partner with leadership to define job descriptions, hiring needs, and growth plans for our India-based team (currently ~23 and expanding).
  • Develop and document HR procedures — including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and basic policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives within a global, remote team.
  • Continuously improve recruiting and HR processes to help us scale efficiently and retain great talent.


What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations — ideally within a tech/SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to recruit technical talent (developers, QA, designers, etc.).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Recruiting/HRMS systems.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and Indian employment standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setup.
  • A self-starter mindset — able to work independently and help establish structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • Ability to take direction and provide a consistent quality of work
  • Strong documentation & communication skills
  • Fluent communication in English is a must – both verbal and written.

  • Experience supporting a remote teams.
  • Exposure to both technical and creative recruiting.
  • Prior experience setting up HR processes in a startup or growing company.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, data tracking, or analytics.
  • Passion for building positive, connected team cultures.
