Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a US - HR Ops in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software services and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement HR operations processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new HR initiatives and programs.
Provide training and guidance to employees on HR-related topics and best practices.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR-related transactions and reports.

Job Requirements
