Role Overview

The HR Operations Senior Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day HR processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle operations, compliance, documentation, HR systems administration, and supporting organizational HR initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to maintain high-quality HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, internship, offboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents through Keka.
  • Coordinate induction programs and ensure new hire process is completed.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance and final settlements.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records on Keka.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR operations, leaves, attendance, and benefits through Keka ticketing system.
Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, reward and recognition programs, and HR events.
  • Support employee communication channels and ensure consistent HR updates.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong documentation and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Process-oriented with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or similar roles.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho People, etc.) is an added advantage.
