Role Overview:

HR Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

HR Compliance & Statutory Filing

• Oversee all statutory compliance related to

  EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity

• Ensure timely filing and documentation for monthly challans, returns, and inspections

• Handle liaisoning with government bodies and auditors during audits or inspections

Payroll & Attendance Operations

• Coordinate with payroll vendor/finance team to process monthly payroll
• Manage attendance systems and leave records; flag discrepancies in TAT
• Ensure full and final settlements are processed accurately and on time

Employee Lifecycle & Documentation

• Handle onboarding, background verification, contract issuance, and documentation
• Manage employee queries, grievances, and support internal resolution protocols
• Maintain HRMS data and employee records in accordance with audit requirements

Policy & Process Implementation

• Implement HR policies aligned with industry standards and BPO workforce dynamics
• Support performance management cycles, disciplinary processes, and engagement initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with labor law amendments and ensure internal practices are compliant

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in BPO, manpower, or logistics sectors
• Strong working knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, compliance filing, and labor law frameworks
• Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems like GreytHR, HRone, RazorX payroll or similar tools
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Hindi-speaking candidates preferred for field team coordination
• Ready to work six days a week from a location based out of Noida sector-63.
