We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR & Operations Manager to lead our HR and administrative functions across multiple outlets and business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Create and enforce HR policies, leave systems, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Conduct training sessions and implement staff performance reviews.
• Plan employee engagement programs and maintain a positive work culture.

Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day operations across all Jaji’s outlets.
• Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure smooth functioning and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly operations and HR reports for management review.
• Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and manpower planning.
• Support franchise management and vendor coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and Operations (preferably in hospitality, beauty, or retail).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong decision-making and people management skills.

Salary:

₹20000 – ₹30000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives

Schedule:

• Full-time (6 days a week)
• Must be available for branch visits when required
