Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and drive the human resources function within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess maturity, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. A hands-on leader, the HR Operations Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment while managing key HR operations, including recruitment, policy design, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training. This role also requires a comprehensive understanding of Factory Law and relevant industry compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Policy & Systems Development:

Design, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures that ensure a positive workplace culture, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with the organization’s goals.

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with business requirements and company culture. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, interviews, and offer management.

  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:

Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances, concerns, and demands. Provide counsel on interpersonal issues and ensure a harmonious work environment through effective conflict resolution.

  • Compliance & Legal Knowledge:

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and national labor laws, with a particular focus on Factory Law and other statutory compliances. Stay updated on relevant legal changes and make necessary adjustments to policies and practices. Ensure the company’s operations are compliant with health, safety, and labor laws at all times.

  • Performance Management:

Design and implement a performance appraisal system that fosters a high-performance culture. Provide coaching and feedback for employee development and continuous improvement.

  • Training & Development:

Conduct needs assessments and design relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and align with business goals. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

  • HR Metrics & Reporting:

Prepare and present HR metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Regularly report on key HR KPIs including turnover, recruitment performance, and training effectiveness.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals, ensuring that the HR function operates efficiently and in alignment with the company’s values. Foster a collaborative and productive environment within the HR team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Gender: Preferably male
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in an HR leadership or management role, with significant experience in HR operations and compliance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Factory Law, labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills: Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations issues and mediate disputes effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, capable of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong people-handling capabilities with an empathetic, calm, and mature approach to managing diverse individuals.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Labor Law and Compliance will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
