Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR Policies
Develop and conduct Performance Management, Salary Appraisals, Exit interviewsAttendance and Payroll ProcessingFile statutory returns including ESI, PF, WWF, PT and ensure all other compliancesManage employees’ grievances, Promote a positive team-oriented workplace Environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a Manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, regulations, and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
