You will be joining Playspots, India's leading sports facility management and booking platform, which aims to help sports grounds manage their business effectively and improve their online presence. With a presence in 160 cities and 5 lakh users across the country, the company is expanding its operations and is looking for a skilled and motivated manager to join the team. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes. - Support in streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with company policies. - Contribute to the development and improvement of HR and operational procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives. - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Lead and manage the sales team. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in HR coordination or operations support role. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
