We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our RP Mall branch in Kollam.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client experience.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure adherence to company standards in hygiene, service quality, and customer care.
• Handle appointment schedules, client feedback, and staff rosters.
• Manage inventory, product usage, and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with the Operations and HR teams on recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive marketing initiatives, offers, and collaborations for branch growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Salon / Spa / Beauty Industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication in English and Malayalam.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS and salon management software (experience with Zenoti is an added advantage).

Location: Jaji’s Innovation Unisex Beauty Salon, RP Mall, Kollam
Timings: 10 – 8:00 PM or 11 to 9:00pm
Salary: Based on experience + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
