Job Summary:

The Salon Manager at Lotus Salon Company is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring a high standard of customer service, staff performance, and overall business success. This role involves team leadership, client satisfaction, sales growth, and adherence to company policies and beauty standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Supervise, train, and motivate the salon team including stylists, beauticians, front desk staff, and housekeeping.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure proper staffing and manage shift schedules.

2. Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure all clients receive exceptional service and leave satisfied.
• Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor service quality and client feedback regularly.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Drive salon revenue through service promotions, product sales, and upselling.
• Monitor daily sales, achieve monthly targets, and report KPIs to management.
• Promote salon membership programs and customer loyalty initiatives.

4. Operations & Inventory:

• Manage stock of beauty products, tools, and salon equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment of products.

5. Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Implement and monitor company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.

6. Marketing & Promotions:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotions and seasonal offers.
• Assist in planning and executing in-salon events and client engagement activities.
• Ensure promotional materials are displayed and staff are well-informed.

7. Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate in-house or external training programs.
• Ensure team stays updated on the latest beauty trends, services, and techniques.
• Foster a positive and growth-oriented work culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Beauty, Business Management, or Hospitality.
• 2-7 years of experience in salon or spa management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for the beauty industry.
• Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
