Salon Manager

Job Summary:

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining salon hygiene and standards, and achieving sales and profitability targets. This role involves strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills to ensure smooth and efficient salon functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage salon staff including stylists, beauticians, therapists, and front desk executives.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets by driving team performance.
• Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for staff to enhance skills and service quality.
• Oversee inventory management, product ordering, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain salon records including staff, sales, inventory, and client data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for local promotions and client engagement activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Cosmetology / Business Administration (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in salon management or supervisory roles in the beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty and hair care products and services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and salon management software.
• Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.53 per month
