Job Title: Salon Manager – Truefitt and Hill (Chennai)

Location: Alwarpet, Chennai

About the Role:
Truefitt and Hill, the world’s oldest luxury barbershop brand, is looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead our flagship location in Alwarpet, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall salon operations, ensuring superior client service, and driving sales performance through effective leadership and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth coordination between staff and departments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards and handle client feedback with professionalism.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets through effective business planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement local marketing activities, events, and collaborations to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage and motivate a team of stylists, barbers, and front desk staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor inventory, handle stock management, and ensure timely product replenishment.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and revenue reports for management review.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and drive repeat business.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights on market trends, client preferences, and operational improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing a premium or luxury salon, spa, or hospitality establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance and accountability.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of the Chennai market and luxury customer expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or salon management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
