We are setting up a state-of-the-art Makeover & Salon Institute spread across 5,000 sq. ft. on NH, Bilaspur, Rampur. Our vision is to create a modern and professional beauty destination offering premium salon services and certified beauty education under one roof. Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to oversee the complete setup, operations, and growth of our upcoming salon and training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and implementing marketing and operational strategies for business success. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day salon operations and staff performance. Handle client appointments, satisfaction, and feedback. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Manage inventory, product ordering, and stock control. Prepare sales reports, meet revenue targets, and optimize profitability. Support the setup and launch of the new salon and institute. Plan and implement promotional offers and marketing campaigns. Train, motivate, and evaluate beauty professionals and support staff. Coordinate with institute faculty and management for smooth functioning. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a salon or spa management role. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of salon operations, beauty trends, and training institute setup. Familiarity with salon management software preferred. Qualification: Diploma or degree in cosmetology, business, or related field.
