Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive organizational effectiveness, with a strong focus on sales team performance management. Based at our Irumbuppalam office in Kollam, this role plays a pivotal part in improving workforce productivity, ensuring compliance, and streamlining HR processes to strengthen sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance management frameworks to enhance sales team efficiency and target achievement.
• Conduct appraisals, maintain performance records, and provide data-driven insights for goal-setting.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle for sales and non-technical roles.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws) and support audit processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRMS for attendance, payroll, and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning & development programs for sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, including at least 1 year in performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, HRMS platforms, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data and recommending actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates must be based in Kollam district or willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam.
• Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
