Role Overview We are looking for an HR Operations Executive who can manage day to day HR processes, employee lifecycle operations, and internal coordination. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR functioning, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations and Administration • Manage employee onboarding and exit processes • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations Recruitment and Coordination • Support end to end recruitment processes • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Assist in offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities Employee Engagement and Support • Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries • Support performance review cycles and internal assessments • Assist in planning employee engagement activities Policy and Process Support • Implement HR policies and SOPs across teams • Ensure adherence to internal HR processes • Support management with HR reports and insights
Required Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 1 year experience in HR operations or generalist role • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Ability to work in a fast paced agency environment • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation
Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a marketing agency or startup environment • Basic knowledge of payroll coordination and compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
