Job Description

As an HR & Operations Associate at our company, your role will involve supporting human resources and day-to-day operational activities to ensure business efficiency. In HR functions, you will assist in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement, while also ensuring smooth coordination of operational processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process effectively. - Maintain employee records accurately and update HR systems regularly. - Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes. In operations, you will: - Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. - Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations. - Maintain vendor records, manage office supplies, and handle procurement requests efficiently. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for management. - Track project timelines and ensure operational tasks are completed on schedule. - Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
