Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities including employee onboarding and exit processes, HRMS administration, recruitment support, documentation, and record management. The role ensures smooth execution of HR policies, compliance, and supports employees throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Exit

• Execute employee onboarding: offer letters, joining formalities, induction coordination, HRMS creation.
• Coordinate background verification and new joiner documentation.
• Manage exit process: resignation acceptance, clearance, exit interviews, relieving letters, F&F inputs.

Recruitment Support

• Source profiles from job portals and internal references.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

HRMS Administration

• Update employee master data, attendance, leave records.
• Ensure data accuracy and generate basic HR reports from HRMS.

Documentation & Records

• Maintain personal files, contracts, statutory forms.
• Manage record retention, policy acknowledgements, and HR letters.
• Support audits and compliance documentation.

Employee Lifecycle Coordination

• Respond to employee HR queries.
• Coordinate with vendors (Naukri/BGV/HRMS).
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Experience using HRMS or Excel trackers (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Eligibility

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
• 6 months–1 year experience in HR operations / internship.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
