Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll-related matters
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and HR policies

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in payroll processing and HR operations
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
