HR Operations Executive

As an HR Operations Executive at our Shantipura, Ahmedabad location, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records and HR databases. Your key responsibilities will include supporting recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and interview coordination. Additionally, you will manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. You will also coordinate employee engagement initiatives, handle grievances, assist in performance appraisal cycles, and coordinate training. Furthermore, you will prepare and share HR reports with management as required. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration (preferably an MBA in HR) and possess 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or a Generalist role. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRMS knowledge is a plus.
