Job Description

As an HR Operations Executive at BNC, located in Delhi, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions within the organization. Your primary duties will include assisting in end-to-end HR operations, such as employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining accurate HR records and databases, and addressing employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will play a key role in performance management and engagement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideally, you should possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations or administration. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, as well as familiarity with HR software. The ability to work independently in an office setting is crucial for success in this position. Candidates residing near Janakpuri, Delhi, are preferred for this role.
