Job Summary:


The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit. The role involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, handling HRMS updates, preparing MIS reports, supporting payroll processes, and driving employee engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Onboarding & Induction:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process including offer letters, joining formalities, background checks, and induction sessions.
  • Ensure timely creation and updating of employee records in the HRMS


2. Employee Data & Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee documents.


3. HRMS & MIS Reporting:

  • Manage and update employee data on the HRMS tool.
  • Generate regular HR reports (attendance, headcount, attrition, etc.) for management.


4. Payroll Coordination:

  • Collate and verify attendance, leave, and variable data for payroll input


5. Employee Engagement:

  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events


6. Exit Management:

  • Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure timely processing of F&F settlements and documentation handover.


7. Other HR Support:

  • Assist in audits and compliance requirements.
  • Support implementation of new HR policies and initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist roles.
  • Experience with

    Keka HRMS

    is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and HRMS tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
