As a rapidly scaling brand, our D2C channel is a critical growth lever, and we are looking for a senior manager to lead, optimize, and scale our online business. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention while ensuring an exceptional digital shopping experience. Are you someone who Has a data-driven, analytical mindset with a strong focus on growth and revenue Understands customer behavior, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations deeply Can take full ownership of the D2C P&L and drive high-performance execution Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Loves experimenting, optimizing, and scaling digital businesses What will you do at Beco Own and drive the D2C revenue and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals Optimize the Shopify website, focusing on UI/UX, conversion rate, and customer journey Lead performance marketing, manage ad budgets, and drive CAC vs LTV optimization Oversee SEO, content marketing, and organic traffic growth Improve customer retention & loyalty through email, WhatsApp, and CRM strategies Ensure seamless order fulfillment, logistics efficiency, and return management Leverage data and analytics to improve pricing, demand forecasting, and customer insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, supply chain, creative, and customer support) Identify and execute new D2C growth opportunities, including partnerships and subscription models Qualifications Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce, performance marketing, or growth strategy Proven track record in scaling a D2C brand or working with high-growth e-commerce startups Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta & Google Ads, and CRM tools Deep knowledge of customer acquisition, retention strategies, and performance marketing Ability to manage P&L and budgets effectively Best-fit Behavioral Traits Highly analytical and results-driven A strategic thinker with an execution-focused mindset Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and thrives in ambiguity
