Senior Manager - D2C

Role Overview: As a part of the Plum team, your main purpose is to lead the growth of the D2C e-commerce vertical, focusing on brand websites and apps. You will be responsible for creating and delivering ambitious growth plans for the D2C platforms, driving performance on various marketing channels, overseeing the operation of websites and apps, and ensuring customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions. Key Responsibilities: - Create and deliver ambitious growth plans for D2C platforms - Drive performance on performance-marketing channels such as Facebook and Google - Oversee the operation of websites, apps, and other digital D2C initiatives - Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions - Own site optimization and A/B testing for conversion growth - Manage customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy - Plan and deliver on retention targets with a focus on key channels such as Email, SMS, and Push Notifications - Work closely with brand teams, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders in the value chain - Create a supportive environment for team members and build a passionate and self-driven team to grow the D2C business sustainably Qualification Required: - MBA from a Tier 1 Institute - 4-5 years of experience in ecommerce/D2C roles with P&L responsibility - Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations - Passion for numbers, problem-solving skills, and excellent planning and analytical abilities - Strong relationship management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Additional Company Details: Plum is India's science-first, vegan premium beauty brand that combines research-backed actives with botanical ingredients to create resonating formulas.
