Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the

   employee onboarding process

   , ensuring smooth joining formalities and induction.
2. Conduct

   HRMS inductions

   and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
3. Handle

   documentation

   such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.
4. Coordinate

   performance management activities

   , ensuring timelines and processes are adhered to.
5. Prepare and maintain

   HR MIS reports

   related to headcount, attendance, performance, and other HR metrics.
6. Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
7. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operations-related queries.
8. Support HR team in employee engagement and other operational activities as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
2. Min 2 years of experience in

   HR Operations / Generalist role

   .
3. Strong knowledge of

   HRMS systems, onboarding, and documentation processes

   .
4. Proficiency in

   MS Excel / MIS reporting

   .
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
7. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
