About the Company


Responsibilities


  • Prepare and send contracts for new hires and amendment letters for current employees when needed and approved.
  • Update the person management system accordingly.
  • Initiate background checks for new employees, keep the HR Business Partner and managers informed as needed, and manage the process until completion.
  • Coordinate with managers to confirm first-day details, other requirements, and necessary approvals.
  • Assist new employees throughout their onboarding process.
  • Prepare leaver letters and manage offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee information in our HR systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Communicating with the HR Business Partner and department managers to ensure timely updates and smooth operations.
  • Add pending workers in HCM, Agreement (Other countries).
  • Convert pending worker, Create Employment Agreements.
  • Emails to be sent to line managers for confirmation (Probation /Onboarding).
  • Create probation confirmation letters, ECF - Employee Contract Form.
  • Oracle updation (Cost center/Job title, personal details, Leave update).
  • Termination process in HCM.
  • Preparing Employer statement / Employer Reference.
  • Raising HireRight requests/downloading reports/Sterling Checks Trackers (Joiners /Leavers/IT Tracker/Payroll Tracker).
  • Confirmation of Resignation Letter/ HR Leavers Form.
  • Notice of Start date/Agreement Amendment, Amendment Letters (Promotion/Entity Transfer/Agreement Changes/Flexible Working hours).
  • Documents upload in HCM, Send agreements for Countersigning.
  • Issuing of offers to employees/Onboarding documents/Docusign.
  • IT Service Desk /IT Tickets, Health Partners Check, Help at Hand, Replicon, Baby Gift / Wedding Gift/Thank You Vouchers.
  • Employees’ Queries Handling/Helpdesk.
  • PAN Preparation, New Hire PAN/Supervisor update PAN Separation, W2, 1099, Memo, Letter of Employment, VOE, Pay slips.
  • Equifax - Unemployment claim.
  • Vacation Details/PTO Adjustments.
  • New Hire Welcome mail.
  • Newmark Site Codes Web Request Approval.
