HR Operations Analyst

As a Reach Lite Analyst at Omnicom Global Solutions, your primary role will involve supporting key processes across Reach Lite and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will be responsible for updating AX panels, resolving onboarding/offboarding issues via Project Triangle, managing ServiceNow tickets for access roles, and ensuring accurate quarterly user access reviews. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams. You should be resourceful, organized, and value a sense of accomplishment. Additionally, you should be friendly, enjoy working with a diverse group of people, and possess exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities: - Ensure AX Panels are properly updated in Reach Lite - Resolve employee onboarding and offboarding issues related to Project Triangle - Collaborate with D365 F&O Analyst to address access and user support issues - Open ServiceNow tickets for security roles and follow through to completion - Review user access quarterly and maintain proper documentation of approval Qualifications: - 3-5 years of advertising agency or related experience - Passion for marketing strategy - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) - Collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive relationships - Attention to detail - Self-starter with a strong work ethic Omnicom Global Solutions is an integral part of Omnicom Group, a global marketing and corporate communications company.
