Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage

    end-to-end onboarding

    , including documentation, background verification, induction, and system entries
  • Handle

    employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and role changes

  • Manage

    exit process

    , including resignation handling, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate

    employee records and HR databases

    (HRMS)
  • Ensure timely updating of employee data, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
  • Draft and issue HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for

    monthly payroll processing

  • Ensure accurate inputs for salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and full & final settlements
  • Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and insurance-related processes

Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Ensure compliance with

    labor laws and statutory requirements

    (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Maintain statutory records and support audits and inspections
  • Keep HR policies updated as per legal and organizational requirements

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
  • Address employee concerns and coordinate grievance resolution

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    HR operations and employee lifecycle management

  • Hands-on experience with

    HRMS and payroll coordination

  • Good understanding of

    labor laws and statutory compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, HR MIS & reporting).

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 36 years of experience in

    HR Operations or HR Generalist role

  • MBA / Post-Graduation in HR
  • Experience in handling

    end-to-end HR operations

    independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HR systems, and documentation
