Role Overview: As an HR Operations professional at Emgage, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with the leadership team to design, review, and implement HR policies and procedures tailored for Emgage and its clients. You will ensure that these policies align with legal requirements, industry standards, and business objectives. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR policy development, implementation, and compliance while addressing their specific needs and challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the leadership team to design, review, and implement HR policies and procedures - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR policy development, implementation, and compliance - Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations related to HR practices and employment laws - Offer guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies, procedures, and best practices - Collaborate with the technology team to integrate HR policies seamlessly into the HRMS platform - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR policies, processes, and systems - Maintain accurate records of HR policies, procedures, and related documentation Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) - 5+ years of progressive experience in HR policy development and implementation - Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills - Proven track record of designing and implementing HR policies that support organizational goals - Proficiency in HRMS platforms and technology-driven solutions for HR policy administration - Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR are a plus Additional Details: Emgage values operational efficiency, employee experiences, and business growth.
