Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Demonstrate integrity and professionalism when handling confidential employee data.
Communicate effectively through strong verbal and written communication skills.
Provide organizational and coordination support across HR functions.
Deliver high-quality service with a strong customer-focused approach toward employees and internal stakeholders.
Take initiative and work proactively without constant direction, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability.
Utilize MS Office tools, especially Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Work with SAP ECC or other ERPs (preferred) for employee data processing and HR operations.
Support Employee Relations activities and help resolve workplace concerns professionally.
Apply knowledge of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations in daily tasks.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to HR leadership.
Use reporting tools to enhance data accuracy, clarity, and decision-making support.
