Role & responsibilities Prepare monthly inputs required for salary Checking of monthly attendance and processing salary as per attendance. Processing salary as per the attendance records Ensuring accuracy and timely remittance of the payroll to employees Resolving queries of employees pertaining to attendance, leave and payroll Preparing statutory inputs - PF,PT,ESIC and share with consultant Preparing letters - Offer, Appointment, Experience/Relieving Letter Coordinate with the employees for documents for updating the HRMIS Coordinate with the employees for employee exit process Process Full and Final settlement of Separated employees Plan and execute various employee engagement activities Coordinate for the all the arrangements required for the engagement activities Prepare and send communication mailers for festivals/birthdays/anniversary/work anniversary Training Coordination - AOL Coordinate with the Managers for understanding the hiring requirement Screening resumes from the job portals Conduct telephonic & in-person interview by coordinating with the managers Discussion and negotiate the CTC with the candidates Coordinate for Hotel booking of guest as and when required Coordinate with vendor for diary, visiting cards, carpentry work Preferred candidate profile
