Key Responsibilities Corporate CFO – Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, MIS, taxation, costing, and treasury for the business. Partner with business units to drive profitability, cost optimization, and capital efficiency. Implement robust cost accounting and inventory control processes specific to manufacturing operations. Manage working capital cycles, supplier credit, capex planning, and project finance. Lead strategic planning initiatives including plant expansions, JV/partner evaluations, and capital structuring. Family Office / Chief Investment Officer Define and manage the investment strategy for the family office, focusing on wealth preservation and long-term growth. Allocate capital across asset classes: equity, debt, private equity, real estate, start-ups, and offshore investments. Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and present recommendations to the family. Track financial markets, assess portfolio risks, and rebalance based on goals and market conditions Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or CFA – preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles. Exposure to investment management or family office operations is essential. Experience working directly with promoters, family-run businesses.
