Role & responsibilities To operate fermenters (50L to 4KL), Nutrient dosing vessels, Media preparation vessels and CIP tanks. • To perform raw material dispensing monitoring, media preparation, media transfer and CIP solution preparation. • Preparatory work required for actual production batches which includes (but not limited to) issuance of material, preparation of stock solutions, sterilization of glassware, sterilization of filters etc. • Execution of production batches as per production schedule. • To perform fermenter and process vessel sterilization and cleaning activities. • To perform downstream activities such as centrifugation, slurry preparation, spray drying, Blending and sifting. • Adherence to SOPs, BMRs and product specifications. • Seed and production fermenter operation, batch monitoring, harvesting and CIP.
