Job Description

Role Overview: As a Healthcare HR Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee all human resources functions within a healthcare organization. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire hiring process, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new employees - Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment - Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and manage performance improvement plans - Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and employment laws - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals - Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensure competitiveness - Maintain accurate HR records and data systems - Implement employee engagement initiatives and address employee grievances and conflicts Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal relationships, and analytical thinking skills - Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels - Experience in resolving HR-related issues and building strong relationships - Proficiency in analyzing HR data to make informed decisions Additional Details: This is a full-time job position, and one of the benefits includes cell phone reimbursement.,
