Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years
Notice Period: Immediate / 30 Days
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles across all levels
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS (Zoho Recruit), and other sourcing methods to
attract top talent
Conduct proactive sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
Build and manage a strong internal resume database and talent pipeline
Organize and execute campus hiring and job fairs as needed
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
Optimize recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire)
HR Operations:-
Maintain HRIS for accuracy and employee data management
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance
Assist in policy communication, employee records management, and basic HR admin support
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:-
Design and execute engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
Organize team-building activities, town halls, and recognition programs
Promote a transparent, inclusive, and feedback-driven workplace culture
Support leadership in implementing cultural and behavioral frameworks aligned with company
values
