HR Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and more. As our HR Manager, you will play a critical role in driving a positive work culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees. Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to ensure we are attracting top talent. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure employee satisfaction. Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and implement performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness and individual development. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Proven experience (1+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment will be appreciated. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
