HR manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, with a strong focus on payroll management and compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary computation, deductions, taxes, and reimbursements.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and maintain payroll records.
• Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Draft and implement HR policies in line with legal and company standards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
• Address employee grievances and provide support to departmental heads on HR-related matters.
• Liaise with government bodies and auditors for labor inspections, audits, and related documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in payroll and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and government compliance requirements.
• Proficient in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho Payroll) and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
