We are hiring a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our social media presence, create engaging content, and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly analytics reports Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation Coordinate with designers to create visuals using tools like Canva or Photoshop Collaborate with content writers and other team members for campaign alignment Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media marketing Support overall digital marketing activities such as SEO, email marketing, and website updates Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on Social Media Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends Basic knowledge of performance metrics (reach, CTR, engagement, ROI) Preferred Skills: Experience with influencer outreach or community building Familiarity with Google Ads or SEO tools (bonus) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
