Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kamrej at Lilaba Analytical Laboratories LLP. The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring HR compliance within the organization. Qualifications Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills Training and Development expertise Knowledge of HR compliance regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in strategizing and implementing HR policies and processes Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus Show more Show less
