Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to labor laws, social security contributions, and other relevant requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention rates.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly through effective communication channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations role.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably specialization in HR/Industrial Relations).
  • Proven track record of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
