HR Manager

As an HR Manager at Zoltan Properties, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the business strategy. - Address demands, grievances, or other issues to bridge management and employee relations effectively. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. - Support business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital. - Monitor and develop HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. - Implement and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance. - Assess training needs, develop, and monitor training programs. - Provide decision support to management through HR metrics. - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. - People-oriented and results-driven with demonstrable experience in HR metrics. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases. - Ability to architect strategy with strong leadership skills. - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels. - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. - BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
